We would all like to live in a way in which we can feel relaxed and settled in our bodies. In which we are able to be authentic expressions of ourselves enjoying deep loving connections with others.

But life just doesn't seem to work that way a lot of the time. Many of us struggle with our insecurities and have layers of stress and tension with work, family, friends and health. Having a beautiful fulfilling life can seem like a utopian ideal. Of course we may have heard of meditation or other things we might consider doing for stress relief but what actually works? 

Inner Heart Space is not about finding a fix it is based on a living philosophy of creating a deeper relationship with the self through connecting to the inner-heart. This is absolute core of our being where we are nothing but the pure absolute love. As we consciously connect with this quality naturally within us a lot of beautiful things start changing naturally. 

  • We find a sense of stillness inside which we can connect to in our day to day actions

  • We have a greater awareness of the messages our body is giving us.

  • We become more gentle and nurturing of ourselves and from this place become stronger and healthier

  • We find the insecurities start deconstructing as we become more in tune with our vitality and radiance. 

  • We start to see more clearly what behavioural patterns are toxic and can change them without struggle because we can see it for what it is. 

Changing patterns and momentums take time but choosing to explore simple breath and living techniques don't take much time and can start having a profound influence which can be applied within day to day actions.
